or predict any type of profit or response from said services. Vendors agree to hold
reiXchange.com Inc. harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits,
damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which
reiXchange.com Inc. may become subject arising out of or relating in
any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation,
in each case attorneys' fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or
enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.

Visitors and Members agree to hold reiXchange.com Inc. harmless from and against any and all

b) in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of reiXchange.com or any vendors;
c) to transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising,
promotional materials, "junk mail," "Spam," or any other form of solicitation;
d) in any manner that is harmful to reiXchange.com or any linked site.

Vendors should have the proper license or certification (if applicable) in the state(s) they
operate in before they add their listing to reiXchange.com. However, reiXchange.com Inc. does not
verify any licensing, credentials, certifications, or qualifications of any vendors.
It is the responsibility of all visitor and members to check all vendors licensing, credentials,
certifications, or qualifications.
The information contained on reiXchange.com is believed to be
accurate and up to date, however no representations are made and no guarantees are offered. All
links to other sites are operated by third parties and reiXchange.com Inc. makes no representations
